I trust each of you are doing well. Below are our prayer requests for this week:
1. Colleen Blum - having issues with their son Adam, pray for the family.
2. Madeline - Michelle Tyson's cousin, she is 16, has a rare condition that causes her to have strokes. These strokes have intensified. Pray for the family and for healing.
3. William (also from Michelle) - was in a motorcycle accident and is at Wake-Med. Please pray for healing and recovery.
4. Lynn (co-worker of Michelle's) - her 16 year old son was working on his car and his shirt caught on fire and he received severe burns on his upper body, he is at UNC. Pray for healing and recovery.
5. Christian - car accident, pray for recovery.
6. Lanetta - Pedro Knight's Mom, she is in a home, pray for wisdom for Pedro on her care.
7. Ella - child with brain cancer (recurrence from 3 years ago), she is hanging on, but it is only a matter of time. Pray for the Neumiller (spelling?) family.
8. Un-named - 14 year old in Roxanne Knight's school that was abused several times by family members and is beginning to open up about it. Pray for wisdom for Roxanne... and that she will continue to open up and for emotional and spiritual healing.
9. Janet Abernathy - last stages of cancer, pray for the family.
10. Jenifer Yokley's Grandmother - has a mass on her ovary and is scheduled for surgery on the 24th. Pray that it is not cancer, that her Grandmother does well and for the surgical staff.
11. Jeff - Brain tumor...he has two small children...pray for healing and peace for the family during this very difficult time.
12. City of Kiev - Ukrainian missions team, planning to plant 3 or 4 churches, pray God's hand is on the mission and it will be successful.
13. Jeff Gardner - Just wanted to let you know that Beverly’s cousin Cindy passed away Sunday and we will be attending service this afternoon we would just ask for prayer for family she lost her battle with cancer Your brother in Christ Jeff
14. Pam Via - Update on Caleb's leg. After an x-ray was taken that showed one of the growth plates in his right leg has closed. We were referred to a Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon. Today we had an appointment to go over the CT scan results with the Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon. Which the CT scan revealed that Caleb will need another surgery to correct the issue. On Feb. 16 Caleb will have surgery to close the other growth plate in his right leg along with surgery on his left leg to close the growth plates in that leg as well. He will have a cast on the left leg and a brace on his right leg. He will have a recovery period of 4-6 weeks. Please pray that the surgery goes well along with his recovery.
